Refund & Returns Policy

1. Policy Overview
   MOB Biotech supplies research-grade products exclusively for Research Use Only (RUO). Due to the nature of chemical and peptide research materials, this policy is intentionally strict to ensure safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
2. Return Eligibility Window
   Requests related to order issues must be submitted within 30 days of order delivery. Eligibility is limited and subject to review.
3. Non-Returnable Items
   All peptides, chemicals, lyophilized compounds, and research reagents are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. This includes opened, unopened, or unused items. Custom orders and special requests are also non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or an incorrect product was shipped, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
   info@mobpeptides.net.
   Include your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue. Approved cases will be resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Return Authorization
   No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from MOB Biotech. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and discarded.
6. Return Shipping
   If a return is authorized, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error originated from MOB Biotech. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
7. Refund Processing
   Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, after inspection and confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Exchanges
   Exchanges are only available for items confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped. No exchanges are offered for preference-based or research outcome-related reasons.
9. Regulatory Disclaimer
   MOB Biotech does not issue refunds or returns based on experimental outcomes, research suitability, or improper handling, storage, or use of products.
